Tanklights
The lighting of the Mark IV tanks was a detail that we could not discover quickly. When collecting postcards we never saw lights on the tanks and this for a reason! They had 2 Lucas headlights & 1 red Lucas taillight, these where of course also used on the vehicles at the time! During WW1, these lamps were stolen from the tanks by the inhabitants of the area, because they could also use it on their own car. That's why there are no headlights on tanks on the postcards! The Lucas taillight was used on the Ford's Model T. Through the research and help of our British friends we are able to copy our replica tank as accurately as possible!
